Before you know it Valentines Day will be here. For my husband and I we don't really buy each other expensive gifts. For us, that is cheating. Time Warp

Time warp is a new show on Discovery. They video simple yet interesting events and slow it way down so you see things that our brains/eyes never usually catch. You will see things like car accidents, break dancing and even a man getting punched in the face. Check out this water droplet and how much of this simple event you didn't even realize took place every time it rains.

I don't care who you ask, sidecars are always awesome! Ever since I was a kid I loved spotting them amongst the traffic. Im TIRED of being sick

I seem to catch one bug after the next and I really want to dig myself out of this hole. I see my husband get exposed to the same if not more things than I and still stay strong as an ox. I am a mom and of course that means during these teething times I am not getting the best of sleep. I had a feeling that it affected my immune system and sure enough I was right. Well to combat that I researched ways to boost my immune system...you should do the same. I mean, who doesn't want to get a massage?

The Anne Frank story is one known world wide. It's such a harsh taste of reality sometimes its hard to think about. The woman who helped hide the Frank family has passed on at age 100. She has been an ambassador of Anne's Diary and her story for most of her life. Read more here about this incredible woman.

10 Major Agers

We all know Dr. Oz by now. He made his debut on Oprah's show informing us of what our poo poo should look like. This no non sense approach to informing the public was a hit! People LOVE him and now he has his own show. I have to say, I really enjoy it. He covers many topics on each show and it really is entertaining. Especially when he tries to dance/exercise at the end, the poor man doesnt have any rhythm. I wouldn't recommend watching it everyday as I think one might get paranoid if you take it all too seriously.

That being said, I watched this episode on 10 major agers as he calls them. Products that aren't great for your body that you might not have known about and are probably in your home. Take a look, you might be surprised.
